Welcome to Specific Home Services. By booking our services, visiting our website, or engaging with us through any platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Offered

Specific Home Services provides residential pest control, deep cleaning, and other home-related services in Bangalore. The scope of services, pricing, and service duration will be detailed at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked in advance via our website, WhatsApp, phone call, or authorized platforms.

  • Payments must be made through accepted methods (online transfer, UPI, cash, etc.) before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will honor quoted rates.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once without charge if done at least 12 hours in advance.

4. Service Limitations

  • Specific Home Services will not be responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions in your home (e.g., structural issues, electrical faults).

  • For pest control, effectiveness depends on treatment type and infestation level. Multiple visits may be necessary.

  • Customers must follow all post-treatment instructions for effective results.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the premises at the agreed time.

  • Remove fragile items, valuables, and pets from service areas.

  • Disclose any health concerns (e.g., allergies to chemicals used in pest control).

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Pest control services may come with a limited warranty (e.g., 30–90 days) based on the package.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • In case of any dissatisfaction, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and service documents are owned by Specific Home Services and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and use customer data (such as name, contact info, and address) solely for service delivery and communication purposes. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
